After the auditor step, which is the step in which the real estate valuation report is approved, on the bank’s INVEX applications, the development of the e-signature module has started to sign it using an e-signature at the time of sending it to the appraisal unit.

As it is known, printing out real estate valuation reports and archiving them with wet signatures causes printing, cargo costs, and loss of time. In particular, the difficulty of accessing the signed valuation reports, which are archived, causes various problems in business life due to the distance of the archive from the working environment. For these reasons, being able to use e-signature has been an important goal for the real estate appraisal sector for a while.

Based on the requirement analysis conducted in some banks with the INVEX application, it has been evaluated that a solution where users can sign the PDF file of the valuation report on the INVEX interface using smart cards and mobile signatures is fast and practical.
